Delivery Policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Standard delivery takes from 3 working days; the exact lead time we offer after your purchase is subject to your postcode and our logistical coverage. Delivery over Christmas is subject to longer lead times. Our customer service team are on hand to help with any queries you may have before and after your purchase.

If you live in a highland, island or rural postcode, delivery may take longer than 5 working days. We won’t be able to finalise your order during online checkout; however, we invite you to contact us to explore how to get our products to you through an external courier network. Once approved, we will place your order to arrange delivery. We always aim to deliver your order within 7 working days, but it’s subject to product, postcode and carrier availability.

 

OUT OF STOCK

If your item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 28 days, you’ll be charged and the item will be delivered to you. If it’s still not available within 28 days, we’ll cancel your order and refund you.

If you’re not happy to wait, please contact us to cancel your order.

 

DELIVERY ACCESS

If you’re worried items may not be easily deliverable due to access restrictions, please contact us after you place your order. Normally, this isn’t an issue but if you suspect our delivery team will struggle, we can inform them ahead of time to ensure they are prepared when they come to your location.

 

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure or we cannot offer our usual delivery service effectively. If this affects an order you place, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

 

ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED

If your delivery is overdue or items have been accidentally damaged in transit or for any other queries regarding your order, please contact us for assistance on:

Returns Policy

Our standard returns policy for online purchases is 14 days.

Goods are not supplied on a sale or returned basis. Where possible, we advise you to get in contact with us so we are aware of your intention and offer alternatives where applicable.

Items will need to be returned in their original packaging and condition to be able to process your refund.

Simply return your item(s) using your local postal service, please note you are responsible to pay the postage.

Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.

 

The following categories of products will not be accepted for return or refund:

Damaged items due to misuse or unauthorised repair

Damaged items due to fire, water or smoke

Opened or partly used goods

Products where the seals and/or labels have been removed

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act or other applicable legislation.
