Can I track my parcel?

Yes, once the parcel has been received at the depot by Parcelforce, you will receive updates and a tracking link from Parcelforce via email and SMS Message (when a mobile number is provided).  

Where can I find the tracking number?

It will be on the email provided by Parcelforce upon receipt of the parcel to the depot.

When will my parcel arrive?

If ordered before 12 noon then the order will arrive either next working day or within 2-3 working days depending on which shipping method is selected. If the order is placed after 12 noon, then the expected delivery date may be pushed back by a day.

Where do I receive delivery confirmation?

Via Email and SMS Message (when a mobile number is provided).

How quickly can you deliver to me?

The next working day, if selected, and if the order is placed before 12 noon.

What will happen if I am not home?

Parcelforce will send an interactive email when the parcel is received to them, and from there you will have the options to redirect the delivery, or change the delivery date, or pick up from a depot/post office etc to whatever suits you.

Can you notify me when my driver is about to deliver?

On the morning of the delivery date, you will receive an email and SMS message with a 2 hour window for when the delivery driver is due to arrive, this should also be available on the parcelforce.com tracking website using your consignment number.  

What is your complaint process?

How can I change my delivery address

With the interactive email sent by Parcelforce, you can access your shipment and make any changes you may need.

If I am not at home, can I select a space place where my parcel can be
left?

The interactive email from Parcelforce will allow you to make any changes necessary to your shipment.

If I am not at home, what are my alternative delivery options?

You can arrange a safe place/leave with neighbour, or have your parcel delivered to a post office, or collect from the local Parcelforce depot.

I have a parcel to return- how can I do so?

Please email us on howtoclean@mollymaidshop.com along with your order number from your order confirmation including your contact details (i.e. full name, email address and mobile number)- we will
arrange collection of the items to be returned

How should I package my parcel?

If possible, please return in the original box it arrived in, if not in a similar, strong alternative box.

Will my parcel be picked over the weekend?

If an order is placed over the weekend, or late afternoon Friday, the order will be picked and shipped on the Monday, or next working day if a bank holiday.  

Will I get a receipt?

Attached to each box is a Delivery Note and you will receive a notification that the parcel has been delivered.

When will I receive my refund

Once we have received the returned items.
